Ok...B/s 360's!!! seems to be the next step for us.
Have not checked any dvd's or other riders to get lo down on busting tricks... Me and my buddies wakeboard together and tend to learn from each other. Anyways, to huck a backside three (toe or heel) is it easier to start with the rope behind your back to spin you around or to do a hand pass? Behind the back seems the most logical but feels somewhat freaky...
Whats the best to learn first?

Do it with the handle pass. I learn't it by doing B/S 1's first then just rotating a little earlier and harder. I find B/S 3's easier than B/S 1's.
