Dude, there are a million things to do.

Try spinning around 180 to switch on the surface and practice riding about the place the wrong way. Probably the best place to start, build a good base.

Also start doing ollies and lip sliding the wake.

Keep it going bro, wakeboarding Rules!

Yeh dude,

you should check out BALLISTICS.CO.NZ, their store is in Auckland but they will send stuff down to you. They also have a camp that you can go learn to ride at. Teach you how to be awesome!!

Otherwise, I see you live in Picton, go over and check out Cheap Skates in Blenheim, their range is smaller, but they do have a few boards in there.

I'm not sure where to look at videos apart from on youtube.com but you could always buy an instructional DVD. They are incredibly helpful, there is one called "The Book", it has everything in it from getting up to 360's and 720's... http://www.ballistics.co.nz/index.cfm/wake/wakeboarding/Wakeboarding_DVDs?groupid=15

You should be able to find everything you want there.

Keep an eye on this site, I'm pretty sure there will be instructionals here soon.

GO BANANA!!

William,

If you get The Book and you like that style of coaching, I will be home for the summer. Although I travel..Home is Blenehim..

No Ballistics wake camp this year Sad

I decided I'd wait til this Summer and get better riding switch first, but it's starting to look like this isn't gonna be the year for mad progression... The old man's boat is gonna get a working this year once she's going again though.

Are there any other camps around the NI? I know there are some coaches out there... have to get in touch with some of you guys about maybe getting out for a few lessons.

Looking at buying a trampoline shortly too, any recommendations?
Thinking about one of these http://www.springfree.co.nz/index.php/nav/sf60e or maybe this http://www.springfree.co.nz/index.php/nav/sf40e but it seems a bit small.

Jos, I'm sure if you asked there would be plenty of people that could get you out while your boat is out of action.

Trambompalines are awesome, the only problem is some jerk trained his dog put toys on it while your trying to bounce around.

Not sure exactly. I checked out their website yesterday and found a note posted up about the camp not running this year.
