The Ology brand, designs, intellectual property and business were sold to an investor in October last year. Paul had a transition period with the investors but is no longer involved.
After the transition I gave the advice that it is best practice from a Accounting & Legal perspective to liquidate the old ology company.
The director resolved to appoint the Liquidator.
A company liquidation dot’s all the I’s and crosses the T’s at the end of a company’s useful life.
New projects are in a new company but none of them are wakeboard industry related.
