5th at GRAVITY GAMES for Kiwi Andrea Fountain

Perth provided the best conditions yet for Gravity Games, the biggest action sports event in the southern hemisphere. Vert Skate, BMX & Freestyle Moto-X demo’s along with bands were all there in full force.

Wakeboarding took center stage from Friday through until Sunday with perfect glassy conditions for the semi’s & the finals.

WWC World Champion Andrea Fountain, a Pinnacle Athlete backed by Hyundai, rode strong giving her 4th place in the semis on Friday. For the finals on Sunday, Fountain went on to get 5th again laying down an array of huge clean tricks and hitting the rail.

“Last year at this same event I had one of the worst rides I have ever had in competition, so it was such a good feeling to overcome that, show OZ and the spectators at Gravity how I really ride.”
