2008 North Island Champs Results
10th March 2008

The weather played ball and we saw some awesome riding being laid down including that of riders who had never competed in a wakeboard competition before. It was really awesome to be able to run a junior girls division for the first time and also scrape together enough riders to have a Veterans (old fellas) and Groms division. We would really like to have these divisions at Nationals too!

WNZ would also like to thank all the helpers we had to run the event which include boat drivers, judges, MC's, scorers, parents etc. These people all VOLUNTEER and we cannot thank you enough, again impossible to run an event without you.
